From Me to You – Thank You!

Looking around, I can see I have so much to be thankful for, I can see everything that is right in my life. And, from time to time, I also notice what doesn’t work. As soon as I realize what I’m doing, I refocus, and begin again to appreciate all that’s working in my life.  That list is always longer when I break it down. Learn to nurture and appreciate all the good things in your life, and thats what you’ll get more of. Focus on gratitude, and the rest will work it’s self out.

Think about it this way…Once, you gave someone a gift of time, or money, or objects. You gave it freely, but the receiver never thanked you, never appreciated your efforts. You might of even given to this receiver more than once, but eventually you got it. They were never going to thank you, and the urge to give to them stopped too.

The same is true for you…if you want to receive all the good that is to come your way, you need to appreciate every little thing that has come your way. It makes people feel good to give, appreciate it, because we know it feels good to receive. Feel good all the time – give when you can, and appreciate all that you have.

Make everyday a day of Thanksgiving…

Here to Love – Here to Live

I believe that we are here to love ourselves and others, and, to reach our full potential. Life is working for us. Sometimes people will be riding next to us for a while. Sometimes they just cross our path for a moment, and sometimes they are with us for a time. No judgements, at any level, should be made, as to why, or who, or what is happening. It doesn’t matter what anyone else has or what anyone else is doing. Our focus is on our self, our life. Being the very best that we can be, at any moment.  We should look at the problems, as not problems or tests, but as life guiding us to where we need to be, with excitement of whats to come next. Natures way of clearing out all that doesn’t serve us. Focusing instead to the millions of things that we have to be grateful for right now in this moment… I have breath, I have life, I’m sitting on a soft chair, I just ate a warm breakfast, etc, etc,… in this moment, most of us are more than fine. Focus on what you have, what your grateful for, focus on loving yourself, being kind to yourself, and being kind and loving others. No judgements – Be yourself, happily follow your path, see what comes your way. Have the belief that it’s all in your best interest. Relax and go with the flow.

Too Blessed to Be Stressed

Too blessed to be stressed, a quote stolen from a friend, and a 99 year old patient that comes into her office. How blessed we are in this moment. How many things do we have, that we take for granted. How always in hindsight, everything works out for the best. Opportunities come our way, and the ones that we wish would and don’t,.. finding out they were best left alone.  Troubles, clearing a way, so good can come. Having breath, which gives us life, enabling us to experience all that life offers,… if only we take the time; to notice, to be grateful, to feel how truly blessed we are.
