Box of Love

There’s a lot of Love in that box. It’s filled with cookies, and cards, hot chocolate, a movie,personal notes, bath salts for mom, itunes cards for the children, and special nuts for the man of the house. The box is overflowing, not just with gifts, but with love. You can feel the love pouring out of it. You can feel the presence of the sender. It’s not the gifts, it the whole.
That’s the intention we should put into everything we do – Love. You can feel, see, and hear the difference between a blank hug, gift, or word, and those filled with Love. You feel it in places too; in your home, business, and even in your being. Be mindful of what energy you carry, and bring with you, wherever you go. Bring love, happiness, and joy. Do everything with love.

Life IS Beautiful

Sure my blog is full of idealism, seeing the world full of happy, joyous people, living their life with passion. I continually spew words of love and faith, in the hope to that you will see it too.   I realize the five o’clock news, and your life may tell you a different story, but where does that get you… 

Nothing says that you can’t see the world as wonderful as you want it to be.  Nothing says you can’t believe that everything is getting better, moment by moment, day by day. The more you focus on whats good in your life, the easier it gets. I mean, Do you want to be happy? Then, where is your focus?

Miracles ARE around us everywhere, simply with the blue sky, spring flowers, old friends laughing, musicians playing, and much, much more. If you look – you will see life as truly being beautiful.

I write to help put yours/my attention on this big beautiful world that we live in. That’s what I do here on this blog. That’s where I want my focus. You get to decide where to put your intention… What world do you want to see? What world do you want to live in?

Rejoice in Life

I want to be thoroughly used up when I die, for the harder I work the more I live. I rejoice in life for its own sake. George Bernard Shaw

I want to live a long and full life.  I want to truly live, but somedays, like today, despite my best intentions, find myself at the end of the day as if it’s not been thoroughly used up.  I made effort in some areas without any noticeable return, and unmotivated or uninspired in other areas.  I wish I could say  that my life today was full of great things, but the day is ending and my accomplishments are small.

Days are like that… it’s hard to see the whole when its been broken down to just one day.  When I look back on my life however I see lots of accomplishments.  They happened by taking lots of small steps, and many days like this, that over time came together.   We just have to remember to always do the best that we can on that day, and to keep taking the steps that lead us to our long and full lives.
