Potentiality

The real journey or discovery is not seeing new landscapes, but seeing with new eyes. – Marcel Proust

Self-awareness is the first step in knowing what your want.  Following the clues of your desires is the next.  Once there, realize that isn’t always where your supposed to stay, but it may be the introduction to something else.

Tap into the talents that your given.  It may seem too easy for you, but those talents were given to you, and not somebody else. It’s what made you – you! Why go against what’s natural for you. Why not go with the flow of life…

See with new eyes…

Seek to become more aware of your own true self.

Realize you already have the gifts inside.

Learn to tune in and follow your intuition.

You are full of unlimited potentiality!

Path of Least Resistance

He who lives in harmony with himself lives in harmony with the universe.  Marcus Aurelius

Nature does not hurry yet everything is accomplished. Lao Tzu

Nature always will choose the path of least resistance or effort. In yoga we learn to not muscle tuniversehrough a pose with force, we relax and surrender into the pose finding our energetic strength and softening around it. In life, we sometimes fight what comes easiest with the thought that if it comes easy, it’s not worthy, or not the best choice. That whatever has come your way, doesn’t look exactly the way you wanted it to, so you let it pass by.

Take three long deep breaths here…relax and surrender to the flow of the universe. Allow the universe to work for you. Accept people, and circumstances that come your way.  Let the universe work in your favor. Move towards what you want, but notice the opportunities that come.

Have The Day You Have

We must be willing to let go of the life we have planned, so as to have the life that is waiting for us. – Joseph Campbell

“Have the day you have” quote (by Peter Hedges or Ahmet Zappa not sure at this point) taken from the movie trailer of the Odd Life of Timothy Green in response, after saying, “Have a great day” is too much pressure!

Sometimes the best gifts are the ones we don’t plan. Sometimes the gifts come with what we have perceived as failure, but the failure is really just a way of clearing out all of what doesn’t really serve us. Opening the doors for a life that can be better than expected.

The trick, I believe, is to relax in life, to go with the flow; to have dreams and goals, but to have faith that whatever comes our way, is in our best interest.

Don’t Push the River, it flows by itself. – Robin Caasdan
