Trust your instincts – Live Your Life

Be easy on yourself. In fact – Be yourself, and let others Be themselves. If you want to change anything – change you. Live with your strengths and encourage others to do the same.   We’re all given unique and special gifts of talents an abilities, and we need to use them. Focus on what your good at and nurture that. And, If you have a desire to learn something new, the desire alone is reason enough to begin.  Trust your instincts – Live Your Life.

A Place of Peace

Yoga on a mountain top – In my mind thats where I am….well either there or on the beach 🙂  I put myself, in a place of peace, creating a sense of serenity. Hearing the ocean waves gently rolling in, with the sun heating up my skin. Or feeling like the majestic tree, strong but flexible, bending with the wind. I keep my eyes closed, and see myself doing a sun-salutation, sweeping my arms up filled with joy. Then pausing at the end with hands placed together, then lowered until they are centered over my heart. Here, I reflect on thoughts of all I have to be grateful for, while still feeling a joyful heart. When I open my eyes, I feel a sense of peace.

I’ve been doing this years before I ever started physically taking yoga, and it’s my reminder to you, that we have everything we need to be happy.  Find your place of peace.

Lift Your World Up

Put your Positive energy and efforts into what will lead you closer to your Positive vision. Be aware and informed about what is going on, but keep your attention, on your positive vision of a perfect world, or at least Your perfect world.  Keep your spirit up. Remember we truly have everything needed for our happiness now. People want you to be happy. You want to be happy. You want to be around others who are happy.

So simply, lift your world up, by just being… and you will notice, your world will start to change.
