Goldilocks Changing Your Life Plan

Blogger, Writer, Traveler, Inspiring hope, and living in Peace and Love with family and friends. That is the life that I see for myself!  That is the life that I am creating!  So I am declaring that one year from now I will be gathering my last minute essentials and heading off on a journey of discovery.  I will be traveling to all of the happiest places in the world and seeing, discovering, and reporting on what I have found and learned.  I need a year to close the book on my former life. To tie up loose ends, make my plans, and to make sure that the people that I care about most are settled, secure, and are happily off on to their life journey.  I also feel compelled to write a book about what brought me to this point, and I hope to have that book completed before the year is up!
That all being said… I have no idea how I am going to pull this off!  I just know that I am going to do it!   I also feel that making this happen, from where I am right now in my life, and from what I learn and report on my travels… will bring hope and happiness to many!

Calvin Borel-An Inspiration and Example to us all!

Calvin Borel who is best known as the jockey who won the Kentucky Derby on a horse, Mine That Bird, with a 50-1 shot of winning, is today attempting an unprecedented Triple Crown sweep on two different horses.   Go Calvin Go!

I however am writing about him today because of the inspiration and example of how we can learn from him, and how we should all live our lives.  I am not saying that we should all drop out of school or become jockeys, but I am talking about following our passions.  Of living the life that we want and finding what brings us joy.   Calvin knew at a very early age that all he ever wanted was to be a jockey.   He began riding races at the age of 8, and then professionally at the age of 16.  He is known for his strong work ethic and his eagerness to help when asked. He has worked long and hard and has done so with a passion of doing what he loves.

Calvin proves my point that if we all follow our dreams, and stay true to ourselves, that we will all not choose the same path, or want the same things. But if we truly know what we want, and do whatever it takes to get there with enthusiasm, hard work, and passion, we can have the life that we want.
