A Well-appointed Body and Soul

Our mind and body is linked.  There is no separation.  What we think and feel resonates throughout our bodies. These biochemical reactions work to make our life and health, better or worse.  It is with this thought that we must guide ourselves to always seek, the positive life enhancing activities, for our body and mind.

Have you ever noticed in your life that when things are bad, that it just seems like more bad things happen. Or you may think of a friend that is always sick, and they just happen to work around horrible people in a horrible environment,…like – prison. That may be an extreme example, but I bet you know where I’m going with this…

Finding peace and happiness comes from within, but our physical, and mental wellbeing sometimes needs us to recognized and then remove ourselves from bad situations. Remembering to only keep good positive people around us. To alway focus our minds on good thoughts, and by shifting those thoughts, when necessary. Then by exercising, eating well, and just generally taking care of ourself, we will have that proper foundation for that well-appointed body and soul.

Feed your soul! Nourish your body and mind! You ARE a total package!  You deserve the best!

Words Declaring Your Future

 You are responsible for your own happiness. Your words lead you into action or inaction. Your words declare your future. You can’t change your situation overnight, but you can change your attitude and what you say about your life now. Focus on the positive. Accentuate the positive. Be all about the positive. Think of everything positive that you have going on in your life, and focus on that – Talk about that!

Let your words, thoughts and time be consumed with positive things. Think about how you can help someone else, or learn to speak another language, or play a musical instrument, fly fish your favorite river, hike a mountain, walk on the beach, start your own business, or focus on anything from your bucket list.    

Create your happy future, start in your mind, and with your words.

Oh Happy Life

Happiness is not in the attaining of persons, places or things. The key to happiness is loving what you do, and being happy now.  That’s what will bring you continued happiness.  Love your life – just as it is.

Realize that what is testing you, only stretches you to make you stronger. Then focus and remain focused on all the good in your life. Let every event, and action, and outcome, be the unfolding of how your perfect life is coming to fruition. No matter what…somehow it’s for the best.  Believe that good will come out of it.

Find and live your joy, and have your oh so happy life.
