New Year Resolutions – Wishes

All that is gold does not glitter,

Not all those who wander are lost;

The old that is strong does not wither,

Deep roots are not reached by the frost.

From the ashes a fire shall be woken,

A light from the shadows shall spring;

Renewed shall be blade that was broken,

The crownless again shall be king.

-J.R.R. Tolkien

Regardless of where you are in your life, regardless of how something might seem. Forget about the illusion of what is perceived. Forget about the illusion of the ideal image, and of what you perceive how things should be. Things are not always what they appear to be.

You are everything already. Know who you are. Be the best you, and that’s it. Don’t worry about the rest. That’s my wish for you.

And, that’s the resolution I wish for us all.

Happy New Year!

Love, Goldi

Tough Times – Let Light Enter

The wound is a place where light enters you – Rumi

In life, you never really understand something, until it happens to you. My heart, thoughts, and prayers go out to the families, and children, affected by the Sandy Hook Elementary shooting in Newtown, Connecticut. And, even though I can’t really understand how they are coping or feeling. My hope is that they and anyone in life that’s having to handle a very difficult situation, to feel and connect, with the beat of their heart. To remember – you’re alive. Your alive for a reason. Be the change. Let the love and light enter, and fill you up. Let the love fill your heart. Please Keep Moving Forward, and, May Love Always Fill Your Heart.

Sending Love and Light Your Way,

Goldi

Balance – It’s All Good!

You can’t expect abundance to work in just one direction. If the tide only came in we would all drown. – Unknown

Yin and Yang, Hot and Cold, Darkness and Light, Male and Female, Positive and Negative, all seemingly forces that oppose one another, and yet they are connected, as with everything in life.

For peace and balance in life, we strive to hit the middle swing of the pendulum, moving so slowly back and forth, that it could go unnoticed. Ever so gently flowing with the ebb and flow of life. Gracefully living with ease. But, the tides can be strong, and so can the swing of the pendulum, or any opposing force. At times like these, we must adapt, gently pushing back in the opposite direction, until the waves dissipate, and we can slowly regain the peaceful flow. We must remember however, that the interactions are good and all forces are needed, creating opportunities for transformations, clearing paths, or getting rid of what doesn’t serve us.

So, no matter where you are in life, just remember – it’s all good.

Just a thought…

Love Goldi
