Travel Light

Life seems at times to pass us by….days, weeks, and months seem to go by in an instant. We drive to work or school and wonder how we really got there, …aware that we weren’t really aware. Our minds are filled with thoughts, and life keeps passing us by.  In yoga we link our breath with our movements helping us to to stay  grounded, self aware, and present in our practice.  And, in my mind, with the hopes of keeping this presence after the practice.  Our minds must learn to flow like our breath,  keeping us in the present moment, and not worried about our past or what may happen in the future.  This is the hope of traveling light, free of everything except the present moment, taking hold of our lives – as it is now.
