RELAX

“You are exactly where you are suppose to be.”  That’s what a wise woman said to me today.

Sometimes we get frustrated when we can’t accomplish what we want to accomplish, or do what it is that we want to do. We tend to get caught up in the curve balls that life throws us, when what we need, is to just relax. To have faith everything will work out, the way its suppose to.   To remind ourselves of the lives that we want, and the goals we have set for ourselves.

Relax, and keep moving forward…

Risk

Afraid to be who you want to be.  Afraid to risk defeat again.  Afraid to put yourself out there for all the world to see.  This is not living.

We fail when we find comfort in where we are, and not where we want to be. Life is meant to be always evolving.  Keeping with us –  what works, letting go of what doesn’t, and opening ourselves up to what can be. It takes risk, and faith, and courage to be the best that you can be.

You have made your New Year Resolutions – The “risk” is yours.  Stay where you are right now, and make changes when life forces you; or decide to move towards the life you want.

The bird that sings before dawn, the farmer who plants a seed, the entrepreneur who starts a business, the individual who dines at a restaurant, are all forms of faith. The sun will rise, the seed will grow, the business will begin, and the food will be sustaining. We have faith on so many levels without question. We would never think that the sun may not rise, and stay up worrying night after night. Nor would we walk into a restaurant, sit down, order food, and begin to eat what we wonder might harm us.  Again, we believe and have faith without question.

It’s this faith, that we must believe in ourselves, without question.  That what we desire, we can do – we can!
