Self-Love

No one knows what you are feeling.  Sometimes you don’t even know, but instead it manifests in aches, stomach upset, anxiety or depression. At times like this, you need to treat and care for yourself as gently as you would a baby.  Doing whatever is necessary to make yourself strong.  Only you know what it will take.  Have fun; meditate, exercise or do whatever it is that brings you joy and peace.  Connecting with your true essence will fill yourself blissfully with love. It may feel a little selfish, but remember, we are all connected, and moving into a higher vibration not only helps you, but it elevates those around you.  It helps us all!
